These Terms & Conditions apply to the SeniorEase Library app, the website seniorease.eu, and the purchase of the full version. By downloading the app or making a purchase, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or website.
SeniorEase Library is an Android application that helps you manage your personal book collection. You can add books manually or by scanning an ISBN barcode, mark books as owned or read, and export your library to PDF or CSV. The app is provided by SeniorEase (contact: info@seniorease.eu).
The free demo lets you store up to 10 books at no cost. There is no time limit on the demo. No payment information is required to download or use the demo.
The full version removes the 10-book limit and is unlocked with a one-time payment of €2.99. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
Under EU consumer law you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital goods. However, once you have actively started using the full version (i.e. the unlock has been applied and you have added books beyond the demo limit), the right of withdrawal lapses for the digital content itself, as the performance of the contract has commenced with your explicit consent.
If you have not yet used the full version, or if you experience a technical problem that prevents the app from working, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at info@seniorease.eu and we will arrange a refund or solution.
When you download SeniorEase Library, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your own Android device(s). You may not:
All book data you enter is stored only on your device. We do not have access to your library. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.

We aim to keep the app and website available at all times. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the app at any time. We will give reasonable notice of any major changes.
SeniorEase Library, its name, logo, and all content on seniorease.eu are the property of SeniorEase. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you beyond the limited license described in section 5.
The app is provided "as is". We are not liable for any loss of data, indirect damages, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount you paid for the full version (€2.99).
We recommend making regular backups using the export function built into the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will always be available at seniorease.eu/terms/. If you continue using the app after changes are published, you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.

Deze Algemene Voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op de SeniorEase Library-app, de website seniorease.eu en de aankoop van de volledige versie. Door de app te downloaden of een aankoop te doen, ga je akkoord met deze voorwaarden. Als je hiermee niet akkoord gaat, gebruik de app of website dan niet.
SeniorEase Library is een Android-app waarmee je je persoonlijke boekencollectie bijhoudt. Je kunt boeken handmatig toevoegen of scannen via een ISBN-barcode, aangeven of je ze bezit of hebt gelezen, en je bibliotheek exporteren naar PDF of CSV. De app wordt aangeboden door SeniorEase (contact: info@seniorease.eu).
De gratis demo laat je maximaal 10 boeken opslaan, zonder kosten en zonder tijdslimiet. Er zijn geen betalingsgegevens nodig om de demo te downloaden of te gebruiken.
De volledige versie verwijdert de limiet van 10 boeken en wordt ontgrendeld met een eenmalige betaling van €2,99. Er is geen abonnement en geen terugkerende kosten.
Op grond van EU-consumentenwetgeving heb je in principe een herroepingstermijn van 14 dagen voor digitale producten. Zodra je de volledige versie echter actief hebt gebruikt — dat wil zeggen: de ontgrendeling is toegepast en je hebt boeken buiten de demolimiet toegevoegd — vervalt het herroepingsrecht voor die digitale inhoud, omdat de uitvoering van de overeenkomst met jouw uitdrukkelijke instemming is begonnen.
Heb je de volledige versie nog niet gebruikt, of ondervindt je een technisch probleem waardoor de app niet werkt? Neem dan binnen 14 dagen na aankoop contact op via info@seniorease.eu. We lossen het op of betalen terug.
Wanneer je SeniorEase Library downloadt, ontvang je een persoonlijke, niet-exclusieve, niet-overdraagbare licentie om de app op je eigen Android-apparaat(en) te gebruiken. Het is niet toegestaan om:
Alle boekinformatie die je invoert, wordt uitsluitend op jouw apparaat opgeslagen. Wij hebben geen toegang tot jouw bibliotheek. Zie ons Privacybeleid voor volledige details over gegevensverwerking.
De app maakt mogelijk gebruik van de volgende externe diensten:
Deze diensten hebben eigen voorwaarden en privacybeleid die onafhankelijk van toepassing zijn.
We streven naar continue beschikbaarheid van de app en website, maar kunnen dit niet garanderen. We behouden ons het recht voor de app op elk moment bij te werken, aan te passen of stop te zetten, met redelijke kennisgeving bij grote wijzigingen.
SeniorEase Library, de naam, het logo en alle inhoud op seniorease.eu zijn eigendom van SeniorEase. Niets in deze voorwaarden draagt intellectuele eigendomsrechten over aan jou, buiten de beperkte licentie beschreven in artikel 5.
De app wordt geleverd "zoals die is". We zijn niet aansprakelijk voor gegevensverlies, indirecte schade of gevolgschade die voortvloeit uit het gebruik van de app. Onze totale aansprakelijkheid is beperkt tot het bedrag dat je hebt betaald voor de volledige versie (€2,99).
We raden aan regelmatig back-ups te maken via de exportfunctie in de app.
We kunnen deze voorwaarden van tijd tot tijd aanpassen. De actuele versie staat altijd op seniorease.eu/terms/. Als je de app na een wijziging blijft gebruiken, ga je akkoord met de nieuwe voorwaarden.
Op deze voorwaarden is het recht van Nederland van toepassing. Eventuele geschillen worden voorgelegd aan de bevoegde rechter in Nederland, tenzij dwingende consumentenbeschermingswetgeving in jouw woonland anders vereist.
